Did You Know....

that over 70% of our water usage is for 'outside' use. Yep, watering your lawn is most likely the majority of your water usage, so watering your lawn accounts for the major portion of your water bill too. Not only that, but cities and municipalities are placing more and more stringent water restrictions in place, the hassle and expense of maintaining your lawn increases every year. And let's not forget that the easiest way for a city or municipality to reduce water usage is to increase the water rate. Water restrictions and increasing water rates are a never ending cycle. Some neighborhoods in the Southwest have actually BANNED the planting of real lawns. The future projected water needs simply cannot be met by existing, or even planned expansion, of the water supply. This trend is headed to the North Texas area too.

Let's switch gears here and get off of the 'water issue' and talk a little about a typical golfer now. If you a golfer, then an estimated 40% of your golf score is from putting. If you include the 'short game' (those shots around the green that aren't putts) then up to 50% of your score can come from chipping and putting. I know it sounds really high so just to put it into perspective for you: Davis Love averages 1.33 putts per hole, so he averages LESS than 24 putts per round. So if you are an average mid-80's golfer, then you most likely have about 34 putts per round. When you get your putts down in the Davis Love area, you will be shooting in the mid 70's.

Improve your chipping and your score will move even lower.

If you typically shoot higher scores than 90, then there's a very good chance that OVER 40% of your total score comes from putting. The quickest and easiest way to dramatically reduce your score is to get your number of putts down and to improve your "short game" around the greens.

The Best of Both Worlds

We can significantly reduce your water bill and we can significantly reduce your golf scores. That's a great deal for all of our customers. And for our golfing customers, it's truly a "Win..Win" situation.

Who We Are

The first thing you need to know is that we are not the "new kid on the block" by any means. Our company was founded on the same attention to detail, adherence to quality and never wavering customer service as our sister company that was founded in 1987. Over 20 years of business experience has taught us that the best way to grow a successful business is to provide the best products at fair prices and then run circles around the competition when it comes to customer service. There are lots of products out there but we only sell and install the highest quality products with the longest and strongest guarantees on the market.

Top Quality Products

We believe that when it comes to the products we offer, experience counts. That's why we represent a company that was one of the very first in the design and manufacture of putting greens and synthetic lawns.

They are constantly (every day) working closely with their manufacturing plants to insure only the best designed and highest quality products are delivered to their customers. When you become our customer, you are assured that you will receive the very best, highest quality putting green and synthetic lawn material available anywhere and that you will receive one of the strongest warranties available along with customer service and attention to detail that cannot be rivaled.

Training and Support

The importance of proper installation of our products cannot be overstated. We require our installation teams to complete an intensive training program on the proper installation techniques on all of our products. And the installation training is an ongoing process and we are constantly improving our installation methods. There is no 'generic' installation process that works all over the country. Different parts or the county have differing environments which means that the installation process must be modified to take local conditions into consideration. We offer the best installation process for the North Texas area. Modified for our soils, rain fall and overall climate.

So when you purchase a putting green or synthetic lawn products from us, you have the peace of mind knowing that the job will be completed on time and with the highest quality products and the work is done with attention to detail.

Putting Greens and Synthetic Lawns Are Our Only Business

Unfortunately most of our competitors only handle putting greens and synthetic lawns as their "side' business. We have seen a number of greens installed by our competitors that have had to be completely removed. Problems like poor drainage, mold, mildew, compaction and a variety of other reasons can occur if the products are not installed properly or the products used were not designed for our high UV concentrations, extremely hot Summers and our heavy rainfalls. Just because a company can do a great landscape job or maintain your lawn does not mean they know what they are doing when it comes to installing putting greens and artificial lawns.
